The laser rangefinder is a precision instrument, so avoid impacts, drops, or prolonged vibrations that may damage it. Laser measurement works by emitting a laser beam onto a target, then receiving the reflected signal through a prism and processing it to obtain the measurement result. If the prism surface is covered with dust or other foreign objects, it can directly affect functionality and accuracy. Regularly cleaning the prism surface and the area around the laser aperture with a soft cloth (like an eyeglass cloth) is essential.
The laser is a high-intensity light source, so never aim the laser rangefinder directly at human eyes to avoid injury. This precaution is extremely important!
