2. The working temperature of a quartz cold light bulb is 200°C. Therefore, observations on a recently operated engine should be made only after it cools down. It is recommended to wait 10-15 minutes before using the borescope. Never use the borescope near flammable materials or gases exceeding 200°C. Additionally, avoid wiping a hot borescope bulb with a cold, damp cloth to prevent breakage.
3. As an optical product, the industrial borescope must be operated according to the usage guidelines to avoid unnecessary damage and malfunction.
4. Industrial borescope diameters commonly range from 3.9mm to 45mm. When choosing a borescope, ensure it matches the required test size. Smaller diameters are more expensive, and choosing the wrong size can lead to resource wastage. Also, do not insert the borescope into holes that are too small, as excessive force may cause the device to bend.
